UMeWorld’s flagship development brings proven fuel production and proprietary biotechnology together in a planned, phased hub in Malaysia, now advancing through FEED contractor selection.
Project Verdant is UMeWorld’s planned Renewable Aviation Fuels Hub in Malaysia. Phase 1 is designed around a multi-feedstock HEFA model using used cooking oil and single-cell oil, with approximately 200,000 metric tonnes of annual SAF production and expansion potential of up to approximately 400,000 metric tonnes annually.
Alongside that commercial foundation, UMeWorld plans to advance its proprietary microbial oil platform to diversify future renewable feedstock supply and support the hub’s long-term expansion.
Production and revenue figures are forward-looking targets based on management’s current internal feasibility assessment and remain subject to completion of the independent feasibility report, FEED and detailed engineering, financing, permitting, construction, market conditions, and other risks.
Project Verdant is designed to pair near-term commercial production with a longer-term renewable feedstock platform.
Phase 1 establishes a commercial baseline using proven Hydroprocessed Esters and Fatty Acids technology with a flexible used-cooking-oil and single-cell-oil feedstock strategy.
UMeWorld’s biotechnology program is intended to broaden future feedstock supply, improve long-term project economics, and create a foundation for phased expansion.
UMeWorld has received and reviewed FGE NexantECA’s initial feasibility findings covering Project Verdant’s technical configuration, renewable feedstock strategy, capital and operating requirements, logistics, market outlook, and overall economics. The final report is anticipated in the coming weeks.
Those findings support advancing Project Verdant into FEED contractor selection. UMeWorld has issued an RFI to shortlisted international EPC contractors and plans to select two contractors for a competitive dual-FEED process.
